Products and prices
Prices shown are the MRP printed on the product pack, inclusive of all taxes. We try to keep product information and prices accurate and up to date, but an error on the site does not oblige us to sell at an incorrect price. If we find one after you order, we will contact you before dispatching.
Orders and payment
You can pay on delivery (cash on delivery, with the fee shown at checkout) or online through Razorpay where it is offered at checkout. An online order is confirmed once payment is verified. We may cancel an order we are unable to fulfil, for example if a product is out of stock or the address cannot be reached, and refund anything you have paid in full.

Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit for use as directed on the pack. Please follow the directions and do a patch test before first use; we are not responsible for reactions caused by using a product against its directions, after its best-before date, or despite a known allergy to a listed ingredient. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or government action. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Ltd.) at care@biosols.com or call +91 8080 22 0000, Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm (except public holidays). Email is open at all times and is answered during working hours. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
