Who ships your order
Orders are shipped by Bio-Sols India Pvt. Ltd. (Skin Beaute) or its distributor. Our address is 14/16, 2nd Floor, Gopaldas Mantri Marg, Kalbadevi, Mumbai 400002.
Where we deliver
We deliver all over India through Shiprocket and its courier partners, to any complete postal address they can reach. If a very remote address cannot be reached, we will contact you before dispatch and refund anything you have paid.
Delivery charge
Delivery is ₹49 per order. It is free when your products add up to ₹499 or more at MRP.
A ₹50 cash-on-delivery (COD) fee applies when you choose COD. The delivery and COD charges are shown before you place your order.
How long delivery takes
We dispatch every order within 3 days of it being placed. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the courier partner and your location. For an estimate, write to sb.salesorder@biosols.com.
